What Would Your Plan Be?

If I was to have my own plan, it would be a cellular, home, and fax/voicemail. The Lines will also have Caller ID+ which will give me the name of the caller. The send fax add-on will allow me to send faxes when the need will arise. The plan above will reduce the number of service providers I will have from 3 down to 1 which will mean 1 bill, and 1 charge rather than 3. The plan will look as follows:

$25 – 4G Plan
$10 – Toll-Free VOIP Line.
$10 – Caller ID+
$5 – Incoming Number (eFax, and voicemail)
$5 – Send Fax
$55 – Total

Right now, I don’t use the 5G service even though I have access to 5G. With that in mind, I would want to keep my bill as reasonable as possible. Therefore, it makes more sense to pay for the 4G speeds rather than the 5G speed. And while I would benefit from the 5G plan when tethering to my notebook, I don’t do it enough to warrant the extra $10 cost. With that said, my 412 number will work just fine at 4G speeds.

I will also have a home phone line. With that said, I will port my 855 number to this carrier. This will then become my primary home phone. Outgoing calls are included with the plan, but I will pay between 2¢ – 25¢ per minute depending on the origin of the caller based on area code (digits 1 – 3).

Caller ID+ will provide me with the name and the phone number of the caller. This will give me something more than just a telephone number. I will still likely answer my phone the same, but it is good to attach a name to phone number, and Caller ID+ will do just that.

I will have an incoming number that would have the eFax feature enabled. I will also have an ATA plugged into my fax machine in case I need to send a fax from physical papers. In addition to the fax capability, it would also send voice callers to the voicemail. This will allow me to replace my current voicemail only number. I will hope I can acquire the 878 number which if I could, it will be for this number, therefore giving me the option to have one less phone number.

The send fax capability will allow me to send eFaxes via email. I will write to a unique address which will always be fax-number@fax.pcs1.ws. Even though I will have an ATA on my fax machine, it will allow me to not have to print a computer document when I can just send it to an email, and allow the service to send the fax.

This will give me 3 telephone numbers, and fulfill all of my needs for $55 per month. It would be a complete personal communications system which is the whole point of PCS1.
