As a feature, you can SMS 411. With that feature, a computer will do the lookup, and reply with the options based on what you asked for. However, you can also call 411. When calling 411, a computer will handle the query, but if it can’t help you, you can then get to speak to a live person. However, this feature is at a cost of $2.50/call. This money will come out of your money pool, so if you don’t have the funds in the pool, then the call will not complete.
