Any number with my phone service can be activated to receive faxes. More information on that in the features section. However, as a premium add-on, the customer can send faxes via email. The customer must have a number activated for receiving faxes for this service to work. When sending a fax, they must use their registered email address for verification. The subject of the email will be the memo of the fax. The body of the email will be on the front page of the fax, and the .pdf file included will be the fax itself. If the customer is sending a fax to an international number, they must have money in their funds pool.
To send a fax, the customer would use their email address associated with the account to send an email to phone-number@fax.fsp.phone. Therefore to send a fax to +1 4125550000, the customer would send an email to 14125550000@fax.fsp.phone. The customer will get an email on the sent status report, and be assured that their fax has been sent. This service is $5/month, and must have at least one fax enabled number.
