When a customer needs customer support, and their phone is working properly, they can simply dial 611 on their phone. There will also be a standard telephone number that the customer can call if there is an issue with their service. Since my phone service will not sell phones, there can’t be much support with the phone itself.
In addition to supporting 611 dialing, there will be a US Toll-free telephone number the customer can call to get help if they have to call from another phone. The customer will need to provide their name, account number (or telephone number), and be prepare to provide their Account PIN. The account PIN is intended to verify that customer service is talking to the customer, and not being social engineered.
