eFax Capability is to assign a particular telephone number for faxing receipt. When a fax is received, the system will collect the fax, convert it to a .pdf file and then email the fax to the customer. This will allow the customer to view the .pdf file, and if need be, they can print out the .pdf file. The system will also be able to accept a voice call. When the system does not detect a fax tone within 2 seconds of answering the number, the caller will go to the unified voicemail system to where they will be able to leave a voicemail. This will give added functionality with the feature.
