This feature will lock your phone number to my phone service. This is no locking your device to the carrier, but this feature is to prevent SIM swapping. Once you lock your number to my phone service, any attempts to move to another carrier while the lock is in place will be denied. You would have to go into your web panel, and turn off Number Lock. At this time, you must confirm with an OTP which is sent to your email address and your service number. If you do not provide the OTP within 15 minutes, you would have to do the process all over again.
