All customers will have access to SMS 411. The customer will send an RCS or SMS message of the person/company they will wish to reach, and the city or area code. The 411 server will use this information, and send back results with each option being their own SMS message. This will make it easier for the customer to use the service.
While SMS 411 is included with all accounts, calling 411. will require an add-on plan, and will use the robotic system before sending the customer to a live operator. This is designed to keep costs down, and keep things in a reasonable amount of resources.
