There will be a few ways one will be able to contact my phone company. The first will be by web at https://pcs1.ws. While not a conventional web address, it is affordable, and was available for acquisition. Customers will be able to go to https://my.pcs1.ws to enter their portal. Visitors will be able to go to https://pcs1.ws to view plans, and options. There will also be an IMEI checker to make sure that your phone is supported assuming it is unlocked, and not declared as stolen.
There will also be a chat window for technical support. You would be able to go https://pcs1.ws/chat to have a 2 way text conversation with a technician if you should have any problems – not only with the service, but with billing, and porting your number(s).
As a phone provider, I will try to acquire 1-8xx-225-5727 for the telephone number if you should have any issues. While chat will be preferred, telephone will be an option for people that need to call PCS1. Keep in mind, you should not be using the phone you are calling about. This will be a little tricky if you have just one phone line, but I believe that plans are affordable enough to acquire a home phone line, and just pay someone to setup your ATA or Wifi Phone.
